Granting of a Unified License
In order to provide a stable supply of high-quality English instructors to elementary school classrooms, the Elementary English Instructors' Certification Committee (J-Shine) licenses elementary English instructors according to a unified licensing standard, encourages the creation of a national system of instructor development and builds a support system for elementary English education.

Online Instructor Search
Information on certified English instructors is available on this website, which elementary schools, boards of education and other clients can use to search for instructors by criteria including region, field of specialization and teaching history and contact them through the certified groups that they are affiliated with.
