Application for Group Certification
In order for groups carrying out English education to have the Elementary English Instructors' Certification Committee (J-Shine) submit licenses for persons who have completed training courses for elementary English instructors, they must be registered as groups certifying instructor training by J-Shine.
Once they have passed this group certification review, certified groups with confirmed registration are known as 'registered groups'. Once this review and registration are completed, registered groups receive a certification form from the committee. Applications can be downloaded using the following links. (We ask that persons who are able to prepare documents using MS Word submit files in electronic form to support@j-shine.orgĦĦ in addition to sending the originals by mail.)
